Who This Is For
PizzaLayer is built to be DIY-friendly, but plenty of shop owners would rather hand the keys to someone who's installed it before. This service is exactly that: a single fixed-price engagement to get your builder configured, your ingredients loaded, and your imagery looking sharp on the canvas.
Most installs take 2–4 hours of focused work — image prep, ingredient entry, template tuning, and WooCommerce wiring (if applicable). I do it once, you don't have to learn it.
Layer images are the single biggest factor in how good the builder looks. Whether you've already got transparent PNGs or just photos, I'll get them prepped, centered, and sized for the canvas.
Plugin install is the easy part. The real work is loading your toppings, crusts, sauces, cheeses, drizzles, and cuts as proper CPT entries with images, ordering, and (for Pro) per-layer pricing wired up.

Common Questions
After you reach out, I send a short brief covering ingredient list, template preference, hosting access, and asset format. Once those come back, I quote and schedule. Most installs are delivered within one week of receiving assets.
Yes — you should have a working WordPress install with admin access. If you don't, I can quote a separate WordPress build through Island Sun Design and bundle it with the PizzaLayer install.
No — the free PizzaLayer plugin is enough to get a working visual builder. If you have a PizzaLayerPro license, I'll wire that up too at no extra charge (cart, pricing grid, checkout bar). If you don't have Pro yet, you can add it later and reach back out for the Pro-side setup.
Straight-down (topdown) photos of each ingredient on a plain background — a sheet of paper or a clean countertop works fine. Even lighting helps, but I can correct for most conditions. iPhone photos are plenty good if they're sharp and well-lit.
Up to 25 ingredients across all CPT types (toppings, crusts, sauces, cheeses, drizzles, cuts). If you need more, additional ingredients are billed at $8 per entry for Tiers A/B, or quoted per layer for Tier C.
After launch, you have 14 days to ask for small adjustments at no extra charge — reordering ingredients, swapping a layer image, adjusting template colors, fixing typos. Bigger scope changes (new pages, custom development) are quoted separately.
Light theming (brand colors, fonts where the template supports it) is included. Heavier custom template work — new layouts, custom mechanics, white-label changes — is handled as a separate engagement through Island Sun Design.
50% on engagement, 50% on completion. Invoiced via Stripe or PayPal. Tier C custom art projects are usually scoped in milestones with payments tied to delivery checkpoints.
